Marked means Fraudpol holds verified indicators from at least one reported case: the domains, accounts and identities used in this scam. It is a record of what was reported and checked, not a statement about any identified person.

Entries describe reported scam patterns and the identities used in them. They are not statements about identified people. Fraudpol is not an authority, and an entry is not an official notice. Every entry is drafted by one Fraudpol team member and checked by a second before it appears. Entries not re-verified for 180 days are removed automatically, and every entry has a correction link that a team member answers within 72 hours.
