Automated Detection & AI Disclaimer
Fraudpol uses AI-powered systems for automated report triage, threat analysis, domain scanning, and chatbot assistance. These systems use heuristics, DNS resolution, pattern matching, and large language models. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI decisions, threat detection, or domain classification. False positives and false negatives may occur. AI triage decisions (accept/reject) are preliminary: all accepted reports are reviewed by human analysts. Users should verify AI-generated analysis manually before taking action. Takedown decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the hosting provider or domain registrar. Fraudpol is not liable for damages arising from actions taken based on automated or AI-generated results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and the design of the platform are protected by copyright. Use without express permission is prohibited.
By submitting a report, you grant us the right to use and forward it for the purpose of the platform.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. For consumers and data subjects in the European Union, mandatory EU and local consumer-protection and data-protection rights, including under the GDPR, remain fully applicable.
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
[LAWYER TO CONFIRM: withdrawal instruction] — the statutory model withdrawal instruction is to be inserted here in full and unchanged.
[LAWYER TO CONFIRM: model withdrawal form] — the official model withdrawal form is to be inserted here, or provided as a downloadable document.
During checkout we ask you to expressly request that we start providing the service immediately. The consequences of that request are described in the withdrawal instruction above.
11. Responsibility for Reports & Indemnification
You are solely responsible for the reports and content you submit and represent that each report is truthful, accurate and made in good faith. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blackwall Global LLC and its staff from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) reports or content you submit, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Fraudpol forwards reports to hosting providers, registrars and authorities as a neutral intermediary and is not liable for the accuracy of user-submitted reports.
12. Paid Services, Billing and Backer Purchases
Fraudpol offers paid company plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and optional backer purchases for individuals (recurring backer tiers, one-time tips and cosmetic custom ranks). All prices are stated in US dollars. Prices for consumers (the Hunter plan, backer tiers, tips and custom ranks) are shown including VAT; company plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are business offers and shown plus VAT where applicable.
- Payment provider: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details; Stripe's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, unless agreed otherwise in writing) at the then-current price, until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time on our cancellation page (no login required) or in the Stripe customer portal, reachable from Settings and the Support page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation; paid access and perks remain active until the contract ends and are removed afterwards. You receive a confirmation by email stating the content of your cancellation, the time we received it and when the contract ends.
- Refunds: [LAWYER TO CONFIRM: refund policy]. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers remain unaffected. If we refund a purchase, the associated perks are revoked automatically.
- Backer perks are cosmetic: backer tiers, callsigns and custom ranks grant visual recognition and a priority lane for feature requests. They grant no legal claim to a specific feature, takedown result, response time or support outcome.
- Moderation of user-chosen text: custom rank text and callsigns are moderated. We may remove or change text that is offensive, misleading, impersonates staff or infringes third-party rights, without a refund.
- Price changes: we may change prices for future billing periods and will notify affected subscribers by email before the change takes effect; you may cancel before the new price applies.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
Provider details and contact information can be found in our Legal & Company Information.
